    Visual Identity

In a category historically shaped by “masculine” codes, there was an opportunity for a tequila brand to challenge narratives around strength, character, and tradition, expanding the ways people connect with the category and creating space for a more sophisticated and nuanced experience.

Flor Alteña is not a “tequila for women.” Its real challenge is to question the idea that consumption has a gender and rethink the stereotypes that have long defined the category. From this idea, we created La Mesa de las Historias, a space for connection inspired by women who challenged the narrative and opened new spaces for their stories to be heard and shared.

The visual identity translates this concept by reclaiming elements traditionally associated with women’s work. We reinterpreted cross-stitch, embroidered flowers, and the presence of the table, turning them into graphic assets that shape the brand’s visual universe and language.

The result is a brand that doesn’t seek to create new versions of the feminine stereotype, but to build its own territory around tequila: a table with room for different ways of being, talking, celebrating, and experiencing what it means to be a woman.
