Barbarella is an intimate culinary experience and a cultural journey through one of the world’s most celebrated cuisines. Inspired by the warmth of home, the Mediterranean coast, and culinary tradition, we developed a visual universe rooted in Italian culture and shaped around one of its defining qualities: the pleasure of sharing and creating memorable moments around the table.

Barbarella: meet your new favorite restaurant.

We drew inspiration from the symbols of everyday life and the landscapes of southern Naples, the vegetation of rural Italy, and graphic references from Roman mythology and mosaics. These elements came together in a pattern-driven concept that evokes the history, tradition, and warmth of a cuisine where pleasure is always at the heart of the experience.

The logo brings the initial together with a wine bottle in a simple fusion that nods to the region’s winemaking heritage. Paired with an ornamented serif typeface that adds movement and a green-led color palette, it creates an atmosphere of hospitality, attention to detail, and enjoyment that carries through every touchpoint of the brand.
